Return & Refund Policy

Items shipped from our store or suppliers can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some items may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

All return products must have:

No signs of wear, washing or improper care
No stains or damages
All tags attached (Items with tags)
A copy of the original receipt (specify or highlight the returned item if there are multiple items listed on the receipt).

Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

To prevent item(s) from damage while in transport we suggest shipping back the item(s) in the original packaging or similar one.

The appropriate return address will be provided after we received your request.

Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow 2 - 5 business days to process the return.

Refund will be granted after returning the correct and complete item.

Due to Health and Safety reasons some products are not eligible for Return

Such as :

- Undergarment items (women panties, men underwear)

- Swimsuits

- Face-masks

- Makeup
